Another picture theatre' is shortly to be erected at the corner of Heretaunga and King Streets, Hastings. The Hawke's .fiay Education Board has accepted the tender of M'Kone and Stanley (£2lB 18s.) for tlia erection of additions to the Tokomaru Bay School. _ The sum of' £130 was taken at a bazaar held in Napier yesterday in aid of the Belgian Fund and the Barnardo Homes. The net profits are to be* equally divided between the two funds. Before leaving Napier, Dr. Leahv who i 6 proceeding to the front, was presented with a very handsome set of military hair brushes by the members of the St. John's branch of the H.A.C.B. Society. . ' Mrs. T H. Lowr?, who has donated several large sums to various funds since.the war broke out, has iriten * further £50 to tlio Belgian Relief Fund. ,
