ROVERS' ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Rovera Club the following offioers were elected: Patron, Mr. A. J. Abbott; president, Mr. W. Simm; vice-presidents, Hon. A. L. Herdman, Messrs. E. Bolton, H. Buck, A. J. Fernie, C. Godber, W. Auld, H. L. Godber, A. Quayle, T. Shields; hon. secretary, Mr. E. Berlin; lion, treasurer, Mr. H. W. White; Management Committee, Messrs. E-. Bolton, A. Quayle, J. Elford, G. Martin, J. W. Black. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £1 Is. 3d., and assets were put clown at £5 '6s. 3d. Several new members were elected. It was dccided to enter a team in the first division competition. The prospects for the coming season wore described as fair.
