FOR LIBEL INCREDIBLE ADMISSIONS (By Telegraph.—Pre6s Assn.—Copyright.) Syraouse (New York), April 27. Mr. William Barnes, one of the political leaders, is suing ex-President Roosevelt for £5000 damages for libel, on the ground that Mr. Roosevelt accused him (Barnes) of being under the thumb of the political "bosses," and that he was ready to use his public office for graft purposes.
