Notice is hereby given that, at a Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, held on THURSDAY, Ihe 15th APRIL, 1915, the following resolution was passed, viz:— The Council of tho City of Wellington hereby makes and ordaiss (by Special Order) the following By-law under or by virtue, or in pursuance of the provisions of "The Tramways Act, 1908," and its amendment, aid . under or in pursuance of all' and every other powers or authorities (if any) enabling the Council -in that behaif,. . and for the purpose of regulating the carrying on of tho undertaking of tbo 1 Wellington. City Tramways, and or-dering-the traffic thereof;-and. of all extensions of such undertaking made or to be made, or which . undertaking the Council are "the promoters" within the meaning of the Baid Act.
