ANOTHER NEUTRAL SHIP SUNK. (Rec. April 26, 0.20 a.m.) London, April 24. The Swedish steamer Ruth, bound from Leith to Gotheulung and Neoalladel. was torpedoed and .sunk in the North Sea. The crew wore picked up. FINNISH STEAMER SUNK. (Rec. April 26, 0.30 a.m.) Stockholm, April 24. A German submarine sank tlio Finnish steamer Frank. She had a cargo of twelve thousand tons of iron for the Baltic. It is believed .tile crew wer< saved.
