GERMAN REPRISALS
BRITISH OFFICERS UNDER ARREST HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. High Commissioner's report:— London, April 24, 6.25 p.m. Thirty-nino names of British officers placed under arrest in Germany as a reprisal for the treatment of tho German submarine crew in England have boon supplied to the American Ambassador. The list comprises seven captains and thirty-two lieutenants.
