At the Lower Hutt Recreation Ground yesterday afternoon the Petone Municipal Band rendered a musical programme to an attendance of about 250 persons. It is understood that a fair amount of money was gathered as a reStilt, which is to be handed over lo the newly-formed Hlit-t Valley Brass Band.
