(Itec. April 21, 11.25 p.m.) London, April 21. After escaping from the British Fleet at the [''alklands, -the German cruiser Dresden coaled at Sandy Point, in tho Straits of Magellan, and then hid in Southern. Chili until March 8.
The British cruisers Kent, Glasgow, Bristol, Carnarvon, and the armed liners Orama and otranto were searching for the Dresden, which reached J'van Fernandez on March 9, short of coal.
The raider was tracked down while awaiting (.bq uituu) u( 'ha Gorman lipra.
