GREAT PREPARATIONS REPORTED SPECTACULAR DASH PENDING London, April 19. The "Daily Express" states that on the Belgian frontier great, activity is being displayed by the ontire German naval and military air services. Large quantities of incendiary bombs for Zeppelins have been concentrated at three bases, and additional hangars are being built. . , The Zeppelin depots are disguised with much ingenuity to deceive the Allies' airoraft. Tho roof of a new shed at Brussels has been increased fourfold and equipped with chimneys. It now resembles a factory. The sheds at Ghent arc hidden by masses of tree branches; tho shed at Antwerp is banked with grass mounds, and resembles a green hill. . It is certain that many of the airships in hangars in Belgium have not yet lj.cen seen in the North Sea. .I'he German purpose is to suddenly launch a great fleet from Gormany and Belgium for a spectacular raid on England, to encourage the German people and troops. miles north-east of Strassburg, in Alsace, destroyed the line for 100 yards, and then returned safely, ATTACK' ON STRASSBURG FRENCH AIRSHIP'S RAID. Amsterdam, April ID. The "Berliner Tageblatt" says that the French dirigible which visited Strassburg and dropped twelve bombs, wounding two civilians and doing some damage, arrived in the early morning. The attack lasted a quarter of an hour. Searchlights looated the airship, which was furiously cannonaded. A bomb fell at the railway station. ■ POLISH NOBLEMAN'S ESTATE ATTACKED. Petrograd, April 10. German aeroplanes dropped bombs on Count Sosnnsky's estato near Warsaw, where there is a large sugar refinery. The manager and two officials were killed and several workmen wounded.
