[Lloyd's Shipping List has no reference,to any vessel of this name.l BOGEY MINES ON DUTCH COAST. • London, April 18., "Mines" recently washed ashore in Holland were dummies constructed of wood and canvas, suggesting that Germany is short of explosives, and needs bogies to frighten Dutch snipping. s ANOTHER BLOCKADE. NEW 1 TYPE OF SUBMARINE TO BE USED. (Rec. April 19, 11.45 p.m.) Berne, April 19. The Germans announce that they will institute an effective blockade of Britain from to-day by means of submarines of a new type.
