"TIMES" NAVAL-WRITER'S vim SOMETHING AFOOT London, "April 18. The naval correspondent of "The Times" credits the reports of Germs,n fleet movements in the North Sea. He suggests tliat the Derflinger, Seydlitz, and Von Der Tann have been restored, and that .ither vessels have been completed and commissioned, appreciably strengthening the Navy. The correspondent adds: "Movements of the German Navy are never purposeless."—("Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services.; STATEMENT BY THE FIRST LORD. (Rec. April 19, 11.45 p.m.) London, April 19. Mr. Churchill, First Lord of.the Admiralty, states that the Allies have not sustained any loss in a naval action in the North Sea. NAVY LIST RE-ISSUED. (Rcc. April 19, 6 p.m.)' London, April 18.
