ME. B. R. WISE, K.C. - (Rec. April 18, 3.30 p.m.) Sydnay, April 17. It is understood that Mr. B. R. Wise, K.C., has been chosen to succeed Mr. T. A. Coghlan as Agent-General. TThe Hon. Bernard Rugrose Wise was born at Sydney in 1858. B.A. Oxford, called to tho Bar at Middle Temple, and of New South Wales in 1883. Ho was Attorney-General in Partes, Lyne, and See Governments, and is distinguished in law and politics. He is a strong Imperialist and an advocate-ol preferential trade.]
