DENIED BY ITALIAN NEWSPAPERS Rome, April IS. The "Corners d'ltala" and the. "Corrospondeza" deny that- Mr. Weigand (the correspondent of the "New- York World") interviewed the Pope. He had an audienoe, with others, and when the ■Pope referred to the peace question Mr. Weigand interpreted His Holiness's remarks in his own way.
