The vocal recital to be given by Mr. Reginald 6. Blow in the Town Hall (Concert Chamber) on April' 20 will bo under tlie patronage of-His Excellency the Governor (the Earl of Liverpool). Mr. Blow is a talented young vocalist, who lately concluded a distinguished career-at the Royal Academy of Music (London), and during a course of study extending over three years gained some of the principal awards in "the gift of the institution, including the bronze and silver medals, and its licentiate degree. ■In his forthcoming concert, he will lie assisted by soveral prominent Wellington artists. The progress of the booking at the Bristol Piano Co.'s depot, where the box plan is on view, indicates that a full atteu'lanco of the public is assured.
