The death occurred at Featherston on Tuesday .of Mr. George Henry. Houghton, an old resident of the district, at the age of 67 years. He came to New Zealand from West Kent (England) in 1874. . Mr. Charles Westmacott has arrived in town to make arrangements for a return'of "The Glad Eye" Comedy Company, which on this occasion is to introduce . the merry farcical comedy "AMio's the Lady?"..
