SOUGHT IN CROZIER-MYERS CASE. ißy TeleerftDh.—Press Association.! Chrlstohuroh, April 15. In the-Myers-Crozier case Mr. Justice Stringer will hear an application' for a writ of habeas corpus in respcct of Crozior, who is now in Lyttelton Gaol under warrant from Mr. Day, S.M., Ashburton, for the non-payment of an order adjudging him the father: of the illegitimate_ child of Myers's daughter. Against this decision Crozier successfully appealed in the Supreme Court, tho other day.
