Reid (of Oamaru), a Rokeby—Temba colt was sold for 210gns.; on behalf Of Mr. Hugo Friedlander (Ashburton), the brood ' mare Czarevna fetohed IfflOgfls.;' Lady Lochiel, 200gns.; May Daltymple, lOOgns. The gelding Markings was sold for llOgna. > On behalf of "Mr. Highden," the New Zealand horse Gerborga was sold for lOOgns.; Sarcelle, HOgils.; Formality, lWgns.; Amphora. 200gns.; Mount Eden, 85gns.; Briseis, 76gnS. On behalf of Mr. Mantel (New Zealand), Vassal was sold for lOOgns. On behalf of Mr. G. D. Greenwood, Ghelum brought lOOgns. A number of other New Zealand horses were passed in. A number of imported English thoroughbreds were also offered. Humility brought 400gns.; a Minitogen—Celia colt, 420gn3. Bridgnorth was passed in at lOOOgns.
