PREMIERS' CONFERENCE
MR. MASSEY STILL UNCERTAIN. ■ The Prime Minister (the Right Hon. W. F. Massey) informed a reporter on Saturday that he had not yet decided whether he would .attend the Premiers' Conference in Australia next month. He would have to consult His Excellency the Governor, and also consult Cabinet with regard to the proposal, and the first meeting of Cabinet would be held early in the week. In tli» meantime there wae nothing more io bo said, It may bo remembered that on a previous occasion Mr. Massey expressed doubts as to whether he would he ablo to leave Now Zealand at present.'
