WEBB'S REPLY TO ARNST'S CHALLENGE. ' (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Wanganul, April 9. Arnst cabled to Wanganui challenging Webb to row for £250 aside on the Parramatta. A reply was sent stating that Webb cannot accept, as an engagement for some months will prevent linn rowing. In any case, Webb would not visit Sydney to row next Spring. He would probably row Arnst if tho latter would come to tho Dominion.
