THE SYDNEY LABOUR CONFERENCE. (Rec. April 9, 8.45 p.m.) Bydney, April 9. Hie censure motion condemning the Government for its policy regarding the condition of workers as affected by the war was defeated bv 73 votes to 66. An amendment that the Government was deserving of the severest censure for allowing workers to' suffer during' this crisis was negatived by 76 votes to 61.
