The Press Bureau states that the foreign Office understands 'that tbero tiave been great improvements at Ruh- ■ leben Camp (tho German place of internment for British prisoners) during tho last few weeks. Th 6 chief disadvantage now is the supply of bread, "which has been reduced. The entire ■work of the kitchens is now in the •hands of the British. The allowance of meat and other food tho interned civilians iiave received is far in excess 'of the former allowance for all who were not "self-supporting. ■ This latter 'category includes over two thousand, who have lately received four marks •each per week from the British Relief Fund.
