ENEMY'S SOUTHERN CAPITAL OCCUPIED Cape Town, April 6. Official.—Union troops have occupied Warmbad, the southern capital of Gorman' South-West Africa. OPERATIONS IN BELCIAN GONCO. REVERSE TO THE ENEMY. Paris, April 6. Advices from Belgian Congo state that the Germans attacked northwards of Lakeloa, and were driven back into German territory with heavy losses.
