I THE HAWKE'S BAY MEETING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Hastings, April 3. The weather was . fine for the first day of the seventh annual meeting of tile, Hawke's Bay Rifle Association. Competitors came from various parts of the Dominion, but the entries are not up to expectations. A cold. and tricky , rear., wind prevailed, and prevented high 'scoring.
