A DIFFICULT CAMPAIGN Cape Town, March 31. The Germans in tlio Alls district of German West Africa, have ■dynamited' the railway. General Botha's troops are facinc a waterless desert, and each march has increased their difficulties. The enemy is well equipped, and probably more numerous than was supposed. REDOENINC THE MAP.
