HOW A MINERS' STRIKE WAS, AVERTED. (Ree. March 31, 8.25 p.m.) London, March 31. A telegram from the Admiralty, pointing ont to the Labour leaders the injury which would threaten the national interests, resulted in the stoppage of a strike at the Cylarthfa Collieries (in Wales).
