The Concert Chamber of the Town Hall has been secured by the AVellington Amateur Choral Clnb for a series of concerts, the proceeds to he devoted to a fund for the benefit of incapacitated returned troopers and their dependants, or tho dependants of troopers killed while in action. The first of. tho series is to take place ou Thursday, April 8, for which a bright and popular programme has been arranged, including artistic dancing by a number of Miss Beere's pupils, also elocutionary items, choruses, duets, and solos.
