TOGOLAND OURS BY RIGHT OF OCCUPATION. London, March 28. The Colonial Office announces that Togoland, having been in military occupation by the British sinco August 26 last, has become territory in friendly occupation within the meaning of the Proclamation as to occupied territory.— "Times" and Sydney "Sun" services.
