TIMARU LAND BALLOT
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Tlmaru, March 26. A ballot for- : 22 farm lots in the Otaio-Makikilii district was lreld to-day after two days spent in. examining applicants; four adjacmt settlements were dealt with.- The following are the' names of the successful ones out of the hundreds admitted, to the ballot. There were over 600 applications lodged. Hillboro farms —1, J, Long; 2, A. H. Boulton; 3, J. G. MarsLall. Copland farms—l, M. Fitzgerald; 2, H. H. 'Jenkins. Teschemakers —1, A. Rendale; 2, J. Cannon; 3, W. Rendall; 4, P. Kirk; fi, W. R. Shea; 6, W. G. Mann; 7 and 8, C. M. Scott; 9, T. Vangioni; 10, J. Jones; 11, W. Irwin; 12, T. Scott. Finlay Downs farms—l, E. Grieve; 2, A. Acheson; 3, R. J. M'Lean; 4, J. J. Gregan.; .5, E. M.'Con.nell.
