HARRIERS
At tie annual meeting of tho Wellington Harriers last evening, Mr. W. 5- Pollock presided ever a good attendance. The following officers were elected : —President,'Mr. J. G. Cusack; vicepresidents, Mr. A. G. Whyte, W. H. Bennett-, J. H. Pollock, A. Marryatt, M. Burnett, F. Wilton, R. M'Villy, W. H. Pollock, and C. G. Wilson; captain, T. Farrington; vice-captain, J. Peart; treasurer, W. B. Bennett; secretary, W. Donaldson: committee, Messrs. W. Watt, T. J.' Eagle and 0. Ttirnbull; auditor.; Mr. H. A. Lamb; delegate to N.Z.A.A.A., Mr. W. B. Bennett; liandicappers, Messrs. W. 'Watt and W. B. Bennett. It was notified that the centre had decided on April 10 for the opening of the season. Mr. W. H. Bennett donated a notice box,' to be p lac 3d at. Mr. J. C. Cusack's' premises, Manners' Street. Mr. W. H. Bennett moved that a letter of sympathy be sent to Mr. J. H. Pollook in his illness, hoping that the time is not far distant when lie will have his health and strength again. A vote of thanks was passed to the retiring president and officers, and the meeting olo6ed with a vote of thanks to the chair..
