THIRD ADVANCE SINCE WAR BEGAN. , Messrs. J. Duthie and Co., Ltd..yesterday received a cable message giving the freight rates now declared in London. The figures, with those prevailing in July last, before the war, are as follow
This is the third advance Bines the beginning of the war. The two previous changes were made in August and January respectively.
