NEW SOUTH WALES V. INTERSTATE COMMISSION. ■ I (Rec. March 23, 9 p.m.) i Melbourne, March 28. . The Federal High Court has delivered its judgment in the appeal against the inter-State Commission's finding on the New South Wales Wheat Acquisition Act. The Chief Justice held the opinion that the Inter-State Commission was not a Court, and this was enough to dispose of the appeal. The Court found that the Act was valid, and that the Commonwealth's action has therefore failed.
