GREECE ON THE BRINK OF WAR
CABINET DISCUSSING THE SITUATION (Rec. March 24, 0.5 a.m.) Athens, March 23. The Greek Cabinet is discussing the situation. It is expected that Greece will abandon lier neutrality simultaneously with Bulgaria and Rumania. It is understood that if Greece is forced to act alone she will only intervene upon tho basis of official guarantees from the Entente Powers.
