THE PARIS AIR RAID
LATEST PARTICULARS (Rec. March 23, 1.10 a.m.) Paris, March 22, Two bombs fell on the city, but did no harm. One fell on the Rue des Tiames, and the other on the Rue de Thon. A bomb struck and wrecked a factory at Caurbevos. There were a few workmen inside, but they escaped, one being injured. The Zeppelins aimed at and missed the Shell works at Colombes, a Parisian suburb. ATTACKS AND REPRISALS. (Rec. March 23, 1.10 a.m.) Amsterdam, March 22. Aa official message from Berlin states that Zeppelins dropped heavy bombs on the forces at Paris, and the Compiegne railway junction, and that as a reply French aviators attacked Schlettstadt, in Alsace. "ATROCIOUS AND MERCILESS METHODS." (Rec. March 23, 1.10 a.m.) New York, March 22. The newspapers, commenting on the raid, renew their protests against Germany's atrocioas and merciless methods of warfare.
