The authorities have agreed to waive in respect to the colonies special war safeguards surrounding exports on condition, that owners shall undertake not t-o' make improper shipments. DESTRUCTION OF HORSES. PRUSSIANS FEELING THE PINCH. Copenhagen, March 19. The President of East Prussia declares that, the Russians destroyed 80,000 horses. Agriculture is in an absolutely desperate condition, there being scarcely six thousand out of a hundred thousand horses left. DOCTORS FOR THE FRONT. Sydney, March 20. Li response to a recent request by the War Office for one hundred doctors, twelve have already sailed from Sydney, and twenty will leave immediately. DISCRACEO TROOPERS. Sydney, March 20. ' Soma of the soldiers sent back from Egypt for misconduct are applying for re-enlistment. They are to be informed that they will not be re-enlisted ..under any consideration.
