The Prime Minister has received tha following message from the High Commissioner London, March 18, 8.50 p.m. Army.—Men killed, 121; wounded, 200; missing, 131; prisoners, 290. Canadian officers killed, 2; wounded, 1. ■ ■ OFFICERS KILLED. London, March IS. 'A' further list of 119 officers' casual* ties at Neuve Chapelle has been' issued, including fifty-four dead. GERMAN PRISONERS TAKEN TO ENGLAND. Five thousand German prisoners arrived at Southampton in four'days. 1 '
