6 . . Mr. Lan Duncan, proprietor of the! Waikanae Stud, is sending seven year-1 lings to Australia to be submitted to auction at. the Eandwick sales next month. The youngatei-s arrived from Waikanae' yesterday, and will be shipped ibo Sydney in charge of Studgrocm T. Handley. They are:—Br. c. by Bezonian (imp.) from Mallaig; br. c. by Bezonian (imp.) from Nerve (dam of Balboa); br. c. by Martian. from Portland Lass; ch. c. by Achilles from Stepina (dam of Jason); blk. c. by Achilles from Tortulla (dam of l>inbolo); ch. f. by Achilles—Two Step; ch. f. by Achilles—Mayhnp. Generally they are well-grown,' handsome, and in good condition for their trip. The Martian colt must be one of the biggest yearlings yet sired by the Martagon, borso.
