COMMERCIAL WIRELESS IN WAR TIME
AUSTRALASIAN AMALGAMATED'S REPORT. (Reo, March 18, 9 p.m.) Sydney, March 18. The half-yearly report at the meeting of the Amalgamated Wireless Co. of Australasia showed a profit of £7828. An interim'dividend of 2} per cent, was declared, and £4328 carried forward. The report states that traffic was considerably reduced owing to the censorship and naval restrictions and the use of subsidised passenger ships for Imperial purposes.
