MOKOIA DETAINED
ACCIDENT TO A STEAM PIPE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Dunedin, March 17. The Mokoia, which left for Sydney, via Wellington this afternoon, was detained at Port Chalmers owing to an accident to a steam pipe. She may get away late to-night or early in the morniiig.
