The "Daily Chronicle's" correspondent at Calais states that the Belgians crossed the Yser between Dixmude and Saint Georges, after determined pathbuilding for months across the floods under fira. When they wero completed tho artillery forced the Germans to vacato five miles of tronches, which the Bolgians then occupied. OTHER OPERATIONS ON THE WESTERN FRONT. Paris, March 16.
