Edwames, seconded 1 by Mr. A. A. Hould: "That this ® league protests against the palpable t bias of the Press Association m omitting to telegraph the results of ratine 0 polls, a matter in which a large and r growing section of the public is interim ested,' and one of the utmost concern to local governing bodies throughout s 1 the oountry." The following resolution was also carried: ' "That this league e heartily , congratulates Mr. A.
