"Lady Windermere's Fan" will be the opening' play of this company, when they commence their tour, of New Zealand at tho Grand Opera House on Saturday next for the relief of the Belgians, to which all the profits of the tour are .to be allotted. The company has been specially selected for the presentation of Oscar Wilde's brilliant drama, and for the second production, "The Mummy and the Humming Bird." Miss Beatrice Day will be 6een as Mrs. Krlynne, which in other countries las proved one of her greatest parts. _ Miss Ena Slianahan will play Lady Windermere, and Miss Nellie Calvin- has the Bright character of the voluble Duchess of Berwick. Mr. Harry Plimmer will appear as Lord "Darlington, Mr. Winter Hall, Lord Windermere, and Mr. Vividn Edwards and Mr. W. H. Varna are also included in the cast: The object of the tour is such a laudable one tnat it will surely meet with the greatest success, when the public "can feei that whilst obtaining by their patronage the best of theatrical fare, they are contributing to so' worthy a cause.: The box plans for the season : open at . the Bristol, at 9 a'.m. on Tuesday.
