TROUBLE OVER A PATENT
(By Teleeraph.—Press Association.) Ghrlstohuroh, March ,10. The Registrar of Patents to-day beard an application of Fisher, Cox, and Henderson, opposing the' granting of a patent to F. J. O'Brien for a safety boot for shunters and watchmen made''so that if it caught in the rails it can be released. The applicants alleged that they were the inventors. Tho case is proceeding. \
