NAPIER SESSIONS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Napier, March 6. At the Supreme Court the following sentences were passed:—Arthur Arclier, for theft of clothing, two years' hard labour and two years reformatory; Meihana Karauria, assault on Chinese, two years in a reformatory; Edward Charles Wilson, theft of a totalisator ticket, two years' hard labour, and declared an habitual criminal. , INVERCARQILL SESSIONS. Inveroarglll, March 6. In the Supreme Court, Joseph Fosbender, charged with cattle-stealing, was acquitted. John Duncan, charged with inoest,. was found not guilty.
