Wilson, of Invcroargill, who accompanied Mr. Stcdman, and it records 30 miles to a gallon. On a gallon of lubricating oil the Humber runs 1700 miles, and the running cost approximates three guineas for 1000 miles. These are facts, proved and certified by Mr. Wilson.
