ITHE'PROVISION FOB WAR LOANS REDEMPTION.;! . Amsterdam, February 28.' The German Imperial Budget asks for :aa extraordinary expenditure of 10,042,342,000 marks (about £500,000,000), of which ten million marks rre estimated revenue. The extraordinary budget, is - 80,499,218 marks- (£40,500,000). It is proposed to supply the deficiency by means of a loan. It is estimated that the ordinary revenue, will, show 'an increase of 25,905,4.50 marks (£13,000,000), and the expenditure of •108,003,369 marks: (£54,000,000).
