CrRCUITS REVISED. (By Eeieeracn-Prw Association) i Chrlstchurch," Fobruary 28. The annual conference of the Methodist Church of Now Zealand was continued to-day. Tho Rev. J. Dawson, who presided, announced the receipt of a letter enclosing a cheque for £100 from .an anonymous donor, £50 to go to the .Foreign Mission Fund, and £50 to the Home Mission Fund. On the motion nf_ the Rev. A. B. Lawry, Wai liku, Kokckoke, Waipipi, Otaua, Akeake. and Glenbroch were detached from the Franklin circuit, and formed into a separate circuit, to be known as the AYaiukti circuit, to be placcd in charge of a probationer. The Whangaroa Native circuit was divided into two districts. Transfers of several small settlements wero made between Te Awamutu, Te Ivuiti, lA'ainiana, and Opotiki circuits. The L?viii-Otaki circuit was divided, and it was provided that a Grant bo made for a homo missionary to reside at I'araparaumu, S minister at Levin. and one minister as home missionary at Otaki. Kaitangata, Matau, and Taratau were separated from tho Balclutha circuit, to form a new circuit to be known as Kaitangata, circuit, to which a probationer shall be appointed. Nightcaps was token off the Otautau circuit, and constituted a home mission station. A probationer was appointed to reside at Takapuna, and home missionary to the northern part of the' Whangaroa Native circuit. The conference went into committee to discuss a report from tho Military Affairs Committee on matters at Trentham An adjournment, was made to allow the district committees to confer, and when the conference resumed a fund to erect a building in which to bold services at Trentham camp was initiated. It was also decided to appoint a permanent military chaplain for the camp.
