ACCIDENT TO A TERRITORIAL.: (Br DplejrrapS—Press Association.) . Auckland, Febniary 26. ■ A taxi-cab driven by a driver named Bogue collided with a company of Torn, torials marching on the road at Devonport. Sergeant C. P. Brown, was knocked down, the car passing over his left leg. Three other men wore also knocked down, but escaped with' cuts and bruises. •BODY FOUND IN HAfiBOUR. ' ' Auckland, February 26. Ine body of a midde-aged man, supposed to be Thomas • Hawkins, late of rauranga, was found in the harbour this morning. It' had apparently been two days in. the.water. The face was somewhat battered, probably by contact witb the wharf piles. Foul play is not suspected. EX-RAILWAYMAJN HANGS HIMSELF. „ Invercarglll, February 26. . John Martin, aged' 66j ex-railway enn ployee, hanged himself in an outhouse at the Bluff yesterday. He had been in a state of depression for some time.
