BRITAIN'S FINANCIAL STRENGTH
TREASURY BILLS SUBSCRIBED THREEFOLD. (Rec. February 24, 9.40 p.m.) London; February 24. Twenty million worth of British Treasury Bills for renewal purposes have been subscribed threefold. The average rate of interest for six months' bills being £1 12s. 6d. per annum, and for twelve months' bills, £2 17s. 6d. per cent, per annum.
