Sixtp Rcchabites, representing lodgeß in the North and South Islands, arrived in Inverearglll this afternoon to attend the forty-third annual district meeting, to be held from February 23 to February 26. The Mayor (Mr. D. M'Farlane) welcomed the delegates, who assembled on the rotunda, and Chief Ruler Bro. Tay- : lor (Christchurcli). briefly replied. • The visitors wore accorded a .banquet and welcome to-night. .
