TURCO-GREEK CRISIS
SEQUEL TO AN INSULT Athens, February 16. Owing to difficulties which have arisen in connection with tho fulfilment by the Porte of the satisfaction demanded bv Greece, M. Panas (Greek Minister for Foreign Affairs) has left Constantinople. LV detective insulted a Greek naval attache openly in the street at Pera, a suburb of Constantinople. M. Panas. Minister for Foreign Affairs, protested to the Grand Vizier, who apologised. M. Panas referred the matter to the 'Greek Government, which secured a promise of an ampler and more public reparation, including tho offender's dismissal and au apology from the Prefect .of PoliceJ
